This is a rather difficult question to answer because you failed to tell us where you are, and what kind of heat you wish to escape.
If it is heat from the Sun that is the problem, what you need to do is block out the sunlight. you can do that by building an awning or shed like structure that is a roof with side supports. The roof will block the sun and the open sides will allow air to move freely in and around inside the building.
Another way to do the same thing is to hunt for or build a really neat cave. This idea requires more work but makes use of the mass of earth to block solar heating and solar ray heating. Some areas have natural caves, or partial caves which might be expanded into a suitable habitation if you are clever.
If you are near a stream or flowing river, you can bathe often and eliminate the problems of excessive heat. Be careful to only use fresh flowing water. Do not make use of stagnant pools of still water.
If you have electricity, you can use electric fans to stay cool.
Also, if you have some very fine fabric, you can place it a few feet in front of the fan and spray a mist of fresh water onto the fabric. The air blowing over the moist fabric will be ten or twenty degrees cooler than surrounding air temps.

Last summer I found it necessary to install an air conditioner. (As it happens, I had one that I had not previously gotten round to installing.)
