I'd have to say Jamal Tinsley. He seems to have a ton of injuries of late. Baron Davis has been relatively healthy in comparison to recent seasons. But Baron would definitely fit in as probably number 2.

Are you kidding the fastest player with the ball in his hands is Allen Iveron without a doubt, if you doubt it, you dont know anything about basketball. The fastest player without the ball would probably be TJ Ford ( Faster than Iverson without the ball).
