Because most child molesters are and have been men. Yes there are a few women child molesters and a few of them have been in the media recently but most are men. Men and women are not equal in this field. There are way more male child molesters and even rapists then women and that's a fact. Many male identified men will say because "America hates men and are just trying to make men seem like the bad guy" but facts are facts.

It is true that women also molest children. However, statistics show that the majority of child molesters are male.

The same reason people think rapists are men. Women are not naturally equipped for aggressive sex, so they do it much less often.

Generally, men are the ones who commit these crimes the most. I'm sure there are women out there who have, but they are less likely.

cause a female usually doesnt go around molesting little kids, and men are always blamed for everything anyways, so why not this also!

I don't know...I know women do it too...I was molested by both parents and I always caution people to LOOK at both parents...you never know about people anymore...

Because men do it more often. I hate stereotypes, but when youre conditioned by means of reality, its kinda hard not to think its a male.
