model trains?

Does anybody out there know about the wiring on a model train layout? I bought some old fashioned green and white lampshades with bulbs. They are low voltage with resistors how can I wire them into my layout, and what do I need to get to power them? Thanks!

I'm sorry I can't help you, but you may find the information you want somewhere at this site. It's the national railroad association of America site ( for model trains) # 20 on the list has something to do with wiring.
