What is your opinion/views/comments about Ravi Shastri's batting in ODIs?

Any batsman that hit six 6's in one over and had one of the fastes fifties in ODI cricket, has to be great! Didn't really follow his career, but I know he could be devastating on his day.

A team man,an average batsman mostly slow and steady more a bowling alrounder.
He won the Man of the series when India won the Rothman/s cup in Australia in 1984 in which all test playing teams participated.

He was a good allrounder in Indian Cricket.

good useful batsman though was a spinner
