Muu-Muu/Muffy's heart level is red (60,000) and I gave her the blue feather but she says she wont marry me! why not?

You have to rescue 60 harvest sprites. Its a real pain.

In order to marry Muffy you have to do the following:
-Get her to a red heart
-Buy a Big Bed
-Find 60 sprites (in the result of finding the Harvest Goddess)
-Seen all of her four heart events
Then you can give the blue feather to her. You will then marry a week later if she accepts.

Girls You Can Marry
The girls that you can marry in the game are Harvest, Goddess, Mermaid, Princess, Aafi, Arisa, Erisu, Furen, Kaarii, Marivia, Muu, Nasuka, Reona, and Serena. Note that each girl has a special thing she likes and you will need to know dates and other info to woo them.
Are you sure that she likes the blue feather? I haven't played the game but did the search and found the above. How is the game is it worth the money?

Try www.gamefaqs.com that is THE place to go for how-to-play guides. If they don't have it (and for HM that would be a shock) they will probably get it soon.
