Let me explain you if you don't know.
Lets start from option D.
This might not be correct as hydroxide i.e.OH if bonded to a less electronegative metal, will not form a hydride.
Similarly the option C, as it too involves hydroxide ion.
Now, this option is not correct as there does not exits even a single metal whose electonegativty is more than hydrogen.

This discussion reveals that option A is only correct. Eg. NaH, MgH2, CaH2, etc.
