Libs love peace, and that is respectable, but sometimes it is not the answer to a global crisis.

The libs only answer to a threat to national security is to call our comander in cheif a chimp. It's almost traitorous.

God bless our elected officials, let them not be sidetracked by liberal moonbats.

I am a 23 year old veteran of the Iraq war, and I am extremely liberal. NOT Democrat. Liberal. As a matter of fact, almost all of my Army buddies are dems and libs as well.

A person does not have to be a conservative to understand the ideals of honor, integrity, and service to country. So get that out of your head.

Our commander and chief is a chimp!

Unlike you, you're bravely sitting on your butt and whining, like your Dumbya. As for chimp, just look at it. It's an insult to chimps, he looks like puke. The treason is outing a CIA operative and sending 3200+ soldiers to die for your private interests and to the serious harm to the national defense. You may be a retard and believe there were WMD or any of the vomit Dumbya sort-of says (you know how retarded his English is), but there are people with brains in theis country, too.

There are Democrats who volunteer to defend our country, so you are wrong there...

I love peace, but if we have to go to war, it is for the reason YOU actually used in your question - TO DEFEND. We went to Afghanistan, and that was fine. We were attacked, and the country who helped should pay for it.

You don't like bush being called a chimp? Ok, how about a CRIMINAL. He lied about this war, and he and his Administration has been caught doing criminal acts.

By the way, where are the Republicans in office who voted for this war? Are they fighting as well? NO. What about their children? NO. It's fine for them to risk other lives, but not their own or their family.

Please back up your claim that it is young republicans out there fighting in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. Anyone can claim anything but that doesn't make it true.

What is true that that neither the great majority of democrats or republicans in congress (or the president!) have sent their sons and daughters to fight.

Most of those fighting our wars abroad are working class kids who can't afford college. Socio-economic conditions are probably a much better predictor of who is serving in our military than party affiliation.

Wow.
I served in the Army, and have been in combat.

Every generation of my family, since the Civil war, have served(the first of us in this country joined the Union Army two months after he arrived here from Germany in 1863).
And we have always been Liberals.

And my son will probably serve when he becomes an adult.

You seem to convienently forget all the names that Republicans/conservatives have called Democratic presidents over the years. How about when Rush Limbaugh constantly opened his radio program proclaiming "Day X of America held hostage" during the Clinton years?

The conservatives have been just as bad, if not worse.

What's not to like about calling him a "chimp"? Chimps are a little gross, but they're humorous, expressive little creatures. They make me laugh. Besides, didn't you have a name you called Clinton while he was president?

There you go again...generalizing! Many of our service people are Democrats, Liberals, Hispanic, Black, etc. etc.

Our CIC is not a chimp. Chimps make people laugh! Bush is making me cry.
