Does this cause you to feel sexually aroused?

I ask this question becaue near the beginning of my cycle each month my nipples become much more sensitive and hard, it causes me to feel sexual aroused. This is quite difficult for me since I am a single woman. But it's nature so I must deal with it.

yes, prior to a monthly period, nipples do tend to become hard and sensitive and many do feel more sexually aroused during this period. This is normal because of increased hormonal activities.

No but they can be a bit more tender than usual if touched. It doesn't cause arousal. But that doesn't mean that you have a problem I am sure it is quite normal. Maybe just wear a padded bra if it is causing you too much of a problem- less air getting to it might help reduce hardness.

I never noticed with the time prior to my periods that my nipples got harder but I always noticed swelling in the rest of my breast which would then clear up as soon as my period came.

mine are harder and more sensitive just before and just before it stops. kinda how i gauge when it stops and starts.
and yes, im hot as heck!
