You could get ilnesses associated with sleep depervation - kidney problems, headaches and brain disfunction, heart problems - - and problems steeming from the body not having down time to repair itself - in the long term it could lead to death - see you doctor about this problem iа it has been going one for more than 4 or 5 days

Not Good. Trust me. You need at least 8 good hours of sleep to stay healthy and alert. The problem with no or little sleep is that you think you are fine and you wake up driving into a wall or on coming traffic. NOT GOOD!! Take the time to sleep...it is worth it.

7 to 8 hours of sleep a night is so important. Not getting enofe sleep can cause weight gain and moodiness and your brain cannot function properly. It also makes stress levels high.

Your memory won't be as effective
Your reflexes will be compermised.
You wil compermise your immune system.
Your body will not have time to repear itself.
Concentration and focus difficult

Eventually you will get mentally confused.
Your health will be poor.
Your judgments poorly made
You might fall asleep while driving.
You might be parinoid .
You will not be able to focus or concentrate

In other words.........lask of sleep can be deadly

eyebags...

u would also look older...and won't function very well during the day...your sleeping pattern would be screwed,too.. try to get 7-8 hrs of sleep :)
