is there anyone there who knows how can i have a tv tuner without the PCI??? i mean without the card only with the use of the internet... is there anyone who can help me???

You can get tv tuners that plug into the pci cardbus on laptops (the little card slots). You can also buy usb ones. Just don't buy the sebrant brands. They don't work for me.

Hi. If you are just looking at internet videos you do not need a tuner. That's just for cable and antennas.

if you want to watch TV at your computer, you can use an External TV-Tuner that don't need a PCI-Slot.
