Totally clueless is a good start. You've missed the Summer of Love in the mid-60's so your selection is a jaded choice sold by hucksters who formerly grew out of being flower children but found it a marketable concept. Wear old brown
granny boots, tie-dyed white cotton peasant blouse pullover,
faded and heavily patched jeans using different fabrics, NO IRON-ON PATCH (note: bleached crouch is helpful). No bra. Hand embroidery is fine but nothing machined. Bandana, Chairman Mao Green Cap with red star, or pony tail is fine. It helps if one can't remember the previous night, began day in bed of stranger (?), wanting repeat experience.

Early seventies were still long hair, bell bottoms, mini-skirts, and hot pants (check out the Partridge Family). Late seventies was disco as in Saturday Night Fever and John Travolta. Check out the styles in that movie. This site can give you some ideas: http://www.fashion-era.com/1970s.htm

bell bottoms, probably white, and maybe a tucked in button down shirt? i don''t know, i'm just trying to remember what i've seen on that 70's show...
oh, and a headband but don't tuck it under the back of your head, wear it around...

i know i was only born in the 90s but i know what u should wear. you should wear polyester shirts, platform shoes, bell bottom pants, bright colors, disco sign, a flowered shirt, or anything disco and makes you look like a hippie!!
