Hello, I'd like to start buying China stocks. I have some enquires for anyone who can answer.

1) Does anyone know of which brokerages I can join (as a Singaporean), and the accompanying commision rates?

2) Also, which websites provide good, reliable (and speedy) news financial statements, charts, analyst estimates and financial ratios on stocks?

I can read chinese although it's not very good
Thank you!

Why not purchase those stocks from a reputable full-service broker right here in the United States? Any of the big names... Merrill Lynch, Dean Witter, AG Edwards, etc., can guide you through the process. You might consider investing in mutual funds which only invest in China stocks... that way you'll be quite diversified. All the major brokerage companies have informative websites and tons of information for you.
