My cousin moved, and bought a new house, but he kept the first house.
Why is his name the only one on the new house after four years? I am not really interested in asking why it is this way.

Who else’s name would be on the house? A wife? If so, there could be many reasons why it’s only in his name. I know a couple that did that because one of the spouses was in another state (they moved due to a job transfer) and it was just easier to let him handle all the paperwork. Or maybe they did it for credit reasons. But, regardless, if he’s married and the home was purchased using martial funds then it’s martial property, even if his name is the only name on the title.

I think she means she isn't interested in asking her cousin.
Maybe he got divorced and that is why.

I'm confused, if you're not really interested, then why are you asking???
