Why isn't Sandy Burglar in Prison with Clinton?

Dang...Clinton's in prison? I missed that! As someone else has already said dems can do anything they want and get away with it. Had a republican done the same thing he'd be rotting in a cell.

Because Berger was convicted, and Clinton was acquitted.

So, it would be Berger and Libby potentially sharing a cell, if they both were sentenced to serve at the same prison.
