Can a financial aid office discriminate against students based on race, nationality or age? What can I do?

Race -- not if they get federal funding.

Nationality -- perhaps (that is, some aid packages are set up specifically for citizens of a certain country).

Age -- absolutely -- unless you are older than 40.

that why do not allow yourself to be class as second
