Dont drink or smoke and eat a balanced healthy diet. Also drink lots of water. This benefits your body inside and out.

Whole body? ahah thats gonna be long..lolll:P
ok well for the face, i use delicate creams like Clinique (but biotherm is rly good to) and dont let the sales lady fool u in to buying the clarifying lotion, it doesnt change a thing... Just a good cleanser and a moisturizing lotion. Oh, and if u have eye puffiness, use clinique all for eyes, its kinda pricey, but with one pot, u do for more than half a year, i swear.
Ok, on to the body part now, use a moisturizing cream right after ur shower, like, immediatly after, it works better (i think it does anyway :S) the cream called "glysomed" works pretty well, but aveeno or actually any cream do pratically the same thing.... and a rly good tip: after u shave, put almond oil, it takes out the irritation and makes ur skin verrrrryyy smooth.
i think thats all i rly have as important tips, the other ones are kinda useless... lolll
ooo and use moisturizing lipstick...:P
hope this helped!!!

Those Body Shop suggestions are really nice ones.

Here's a scrub you can make for your feet that's similar to one at Body Shop. Get lemongrass paste and sea salt or sugar and mix it in together.

Jojoba oil is a good all-round beauty treatment to have in your cupboard, although it's best in hair or as a base for aromatherapy.

Polenta can be used as a scrub. Honey is a good antibacterial moisturiser you can rinse off. I wouldn't recommend sea salt as a scrub except on the tougher skin.

Fenugreek tablets are good. Indian women use fenugreek leading up to their wedding so they smell nice.

Fruit of pretty much any description makes a good body mask. Cherry and ginger tightens your face. It's also quite hot-feeling with the ginger in it. Pineapple has AHAs in it, I think. Pawpaw's good like that too.

Use scrub once a week and moisturize every day after a shower. That's all you need to do.
