i know this is going to offend alot of women, but seeing as im a woman i dont really care or think people should get offended, if you are a christian girl/woman you should know these things.

That verse was written a long time ago. It has become impractical for women to wear skirts all the time in the this world. This is coming from a woman that mostly wears dresses and skirts. We ARE in competition with men these days in the workplace. If there wasn't so much divorce, I could see women being able to wear dresses more. If the woman's movement hadn't demanded equal pay and rights, we wouldn't be able to hold some of these jobs. There is still discrimination. Women only make 72 cents per every dollar that men make. I think it started there. No chance in going back now.
I personally got sick of it and got into a field where I didn't have to be dictated about my clothing. WHY? I hate pants. I only wear them when I have to. Too binding and I hate how they make my butt look.

Well, God created men and women differently, as the article points out. However, God created them naked, He did not create them in dresses and pants. Clothing was added by Adam and Eve after they disobeyed God and for some strange reason became ashamed of their bodies.
At no time did God say "Hey you two, you are naked, put on fig leaf pants and fig leaf dresses". The choice to dress is then a human choice and any rules regarding the design of clothing is also human. Various prophets, priests and priestesses may well have laid down the law concerning dress codes but I am confident that these laws have no divine origin.

I feel that clothing should be commensurate with the activity at hand. If a woman is in need of doing an activity that requires a dress, wear a dress. If the activity requires pants, wear pants. I do not think the Lord would fault her for being practical.

I'm not trying to offend anyone when I say this, but the bible isn't always right. It has been changed from it's original context in the 2,000 years since it was written and if you think everything in the bble is right in my opinion you are crazy. The bible contradicts almost everything in it in other parts of the bible and it also says it's ok for a father to sell his daughter. Sorry again my point of posting this s not to offend anyone I'm just voicing my opinion and yes everything I wrote has been researched i didn't just make it up.

Womens pants are cut differently than mens pants so it is okay. Womens pants often have little flowers so as to distinguish them. I do not think it is a sin for a woman to wear pants, but I would personally prefer her to where a mini skirt.

I know this verse from when I was a child. I do wear pants but I was not permitted to for a very long time. I do not wear pants to church, only skirts and dresses.

If clothes are designed for women. This refers to cross dressing. Any man wearing my hip huggers has issues!

In Biblical times they all wore the same thing: long robes bot male and female wore these.
So where does that leave you? are you going to run around in a long robe and a veil?
