We are in a global warming phase at this time - the ice age MAY happen again in over 1000 years. Or the ice age may NEVER happen again. At any rate: one of these changes may be what will cause the "New Earth and the new Heavens" as stated in the bible in Revelation. Keep in mind - there was likely a canopy of ice (in space) in orbit around Earth. The Magnetic field was disturbed by a commet or an astroid and the ice fell as rain causing the great flood (spoken of in most cultural histories.) There was never rain before the flood... Dinosaurs grew to be hudge and some had nostrils the size of a horse but weighed the size of several school busses. This all leads to the fact that the oxygen and air pressure must have been much greater than it is today. In addtion Dinosaurs are in the bible and are reported to even breathe fire out of their nostrils as talked about in Job 40 or 41. Oxygen in the air would most likely have been higher for this to happen. (*keep in mind the bombadere beattle of today). As we can see - the weather is ever changing - and a ice age is not in our near site but rather a warming trend. Warming causes clouds - clouds cause the sunlight to be reflected. Reflected sunlight causes cooler temps!... Everything was very carefully engineered by a very intellegent ??? Don't hold your breathe on the next Ice Age.

Don't sweat it it won't happen while you are still here.

How far south would the ice pack have to get for you to call it an Ice Age?

Even if there is another Ice Age many people will still survive

Billions of years... Or NEVER. FYI, the sun is now VERY hot because the ozone layer is deplating. Maybe when the sun is out of fuel, we would freeze.. TILL DEATH.. ;)

Considering we still are not completely out of the last one, I'd say you have a while to wait.

I am assuming probably at 2500 because by 2100 we will loose most of our resources and then we have the aftermath.
