No they are different, because being beautiful in something that comes from within yourself and shines though your personality, having sex appeal is based on the surface of how you look, act, or dress. You can have one without having the other.

to me sex appeal is what is in the in side you can look anyway you wana but really the inside of a person is what really matters and I think if you want to look good on the out side the inside has to change a little too.

No not really...a person with sex appeal may not even be considered very attractive..to me sex appeal is a way a person has about them..self confidence...charisma etc. etc.

It's apples and oranges. Most of the time looks don't have much to do with sexual attraction. It's chemical and mental.
