Do you really expect anyone to be able to answer this? You will get wacky answers from those who deny the existence of God. From the others, you will get puzzled wonder about why the Creator of the universe and its physical laws would have any difficulty manipulating them. Even the Bible omits this level of detail.

Thinking of God as a "great controller" who controls everything is a very unhealthy way of thinking. Instead, try thinking that God created everything so perfectly that it doesn't have to be controlled. Everything will work out in the long run, because God made it that way.

God has much more important things to do than "control" everything. For example, making people happy and healing the world's pain.

jewish?
hindu?
shinto?
aboriginal?
ancient greek?
ancient roman?

you need to be specific - different gods are said to have different properties, so this would influence the result
