how big is a hectors compared to acres?

my uncle bought 50 hectors and I would like to buy five hectors but i am not sure how big that is or if that will be enough it is out side the states

1 hectare is just over 2.47 acres.
5 hectares is almost 12.36 acres.
50 hectares is 123.55 acres.

One hectare = 2.47105381 acres.
