They sell glue for that at the auto parts store, but this has happend to me a few times and I just used Gorilla Glue. It works great, just put some on the seal, put it up to the door, and get a C clamp and let it sit for a couple of hours. Good luck!!

everyone beat me to the good answers. But the best bet though is to go to Home Depot or Lowe's Stores. They have a whole section of glues and adhesives. That way you can buy something cheap.
If not, go to the Dollar store and they sometimes have the superglue for a buck and that works just fine.

There is a specific adhesive for refastening loose rubber seals to car bodies. Any auto parts place like Autozone carries it.
