Hey scooter, here are a couple solutions.
1. At work, since you are the only one, come up with a rotation schedule. I would assume that the restrooms need to be cleaned every night. But maybe 4 halls on M W F and 3 halls on T TH. Same thing with the classrooms. Work out a system to deal with trash and quick stuff every night and then 6 rooms per night get a more detailed going over, again on a rotation. If this is the system you want to do, go talk with the teachers so they know what's going on. I highly recommend you get your breaks in. It's not safe to not have time to rest, and eat. Remember the school is not paying you for your lunch, that is your time, and if you are unionized it may tick off your union. The school expects you to take this time.

2. Cleaning the apartment- after cleaning all day who wants to come home to clean. I recommend a room per night. Again a rotation, and save the kitchen and bathroom for Saturday, and nothing on Sunday. But here's my BIG suggestion. Treat yourself to a maid service. You work hard. Keep your place tidy through the week, and have them in every week or even once a month. There is no better treat than to come home to a clean house.

Boy, I can sympathize! I used to make my living as a housekeeper.

Don't sweat the small stuff, but do take care of small chores as the crop up. Believe it or not, that is less time consuming and less tiring than letting them build up.

Have a place for everything, and keep everything in its place when you're not using it.

You probably do this at school: Keep bottles of cleaner where you will need them. For me, it's diluted Lysol in the bathroom and kitchen. That way, you don't have to search when you want to clean something.

I hope this helps!

umm well
if you just want to be able to sleep what i suggest is taking 2 benadrylls 30-60 minutes before bed time. It makes you extremely drowsy. It has no negative side effects.

If you're talking about long term I would talk to your supervisor and ask if they could hire a second custodian
I also think you might need to see a psychiatrist for your obsessive compulsive disorder
