Honestly, there is nothing I have come across. I usually have scotch tape around and wrap it around my hand with the sticky side up and pat my pants with that. If not carry a sticky roller with you, can get at Wal- Mart. You can also try not to place your pants before putting them on, on your bed or towels, or where the cat slept, etc., to avoid getting lint on them.

Oh if only there was something like that it would make a fortune. I live in black clothing and have 2 white/grey cats. You might try spraying hair spray, that sometimes helps keeping some lint off of clothing, and it shouldn't hurt the clothing. That's the only thing that I can come up with.
