Hi Azumi. You might compare the failure of the world to stop Hitler in the 1930s to the efforts to stop extremists in the middle east today. The failure to stop Hitler early in his radical/extremism led to world war II and the death of 65 million people (and massive destruction of much of Europe)! If that sad period of history taught us anything, it should have taught us to stop extremism BEFORE it gains control and develops destructive military powers (e.g. Iran getting nuclear weapons). The lesson is simply this: History repeats itself (if we fail to learn its lessons).
Best wishes and good luck.

No one is for war, but I support the moral and political reasons for our current occupation in Iraq
someday we see that invading Iraq made the world a better place.
Every life lost is for a great cause: world peace.
War and civil war in Iraq is necessary in order for the world to make progress.
If I had the power to go back in time and prevent the invasion of Iraq, I wouldnt do it.
A free, safe and democratic Iraq will be the best investment we have ever seen in our lifetime.

I'd start with statistics of deaths in Iraq before the war started. Give them the grisly details about all of the people that were murdered by thier own leader, Hussein.

Start off with a supporting fact about the Bush admin. Say something unexpected that the Bush administration has accomplished or done really well. This will put listeners/readers off their guard and will get their attention.

Open it up with a scene, such as, "Loud explosions and screams surround those who sacrifice their life for America. *add more*" Make sure you never start with a question, because teachers frown upon this.
