She just went to the bar using a Drivers liscence that she found. The picture looks somewhat similar...same weight...eye color...etc...what can happen if she gets caught? $Fines$ >///Jail///?? how much of a fine?

In most states it is a misdemeanor to present false identification. A misdemeanor is generally punishable by no more than 12 months in jail and a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine. If the person is under 21, there may also be a loss of their drivers license in some situations.

oh yeah, that is call Id theft! She can get some jail time for pretending to be someone else. Not to long ago on the night news and girl similar doing what your friend is doing and she was caught. The bar tender notice there was something wrong when she try to buy drinks using her own credit card. That alerted the bar tender and he call the police and the arrested her for ID theft. She was looking at 3 to 5yrs jail time and $2,500.00 fine. The female just turn the legal age to buy drinks.
