Lately I have started receiving "invitations" to attend Forclosure Seminars to learn how to benefit from other people getting into mortgage trouble. Now isn't this just the American way!

The real shame is how many will pay big bucks to attend those seminars - and by the way, it is difficult to make money that way, because usually there is a 6 month or 1 year buyback period where the owners can scrape up the money and give you the boot (and you lose any enhancements you've put into the property).

If it's free, it's always good to attend a real estate seminar. Who knows. The foreclosure seminar maybe the key to finding that affordable home of your dreams.

learn for free at www.reiclub.com or by visiting your local bookstore. I help people in foreclosure and I am not taking advantage of them nor do i feel like I am taking advantage of their situation. Look, these people are going to lose their homes to the bank, I provide a service where everyone wins, including the bank while making money.
