I don't know about anyone else but DEPO is the devil I felt so angry and off balance when I was on that drug...as for NUVA Ring I did not stop my menstrual cycle for a month. I felt so drained because of this...lots of other people say it works great for them but I have only had bad experience with it. Pills like Yasmin I've heard are awesome because they regulate your flow and keep your hormones in check. Sometimes your monthly will even get shorter and lighten up. Good Luck...next best thing is Norplant or something like it that stays with you for years.

This depends on several circumstances such as your weight, your preferences for birth control, your medical history and your menstrual cycle. The nuva ring must come out each month and Yasmin is a low estrogen pill and Seasonale allows for only a period every 3 months. They are all 99% effective or more. You should consult your OB-GYN.

Well I did the ring and I loved it!! Though it was a little weird taking it out but over all it was great. Just make sure to clairfy with your ob what days he thinks you should take it out and put it back in. Some drs do like take out on the 15 of every month, and some do so many days. If it is easy for you to concieve I would go by days. Good luck choosing.

Depo Shot was the best. I've tried pills (ortho tricyclen) & the patch also.
