It is up to the P.O., but I don't see it being a problem. I had a boyfriend that lived with me before. All I had to do was sign a home plan and let them come in my house. As long as your girlfriend agrees to let them come to the house when they want, then it should not be a problem. If it is the age difference that you are worried about, It shouldn't be a problem. She is a big girl, she is able to live by herself. She is a legal age. Everything should be just fine. Just comply with what the conditions are. (not sure if age was a concern or not but since you included ages I thought I wold say something)

I've noticed that a lot of these questions in the legal/law enforcement sections are pretty open ended or vague. It all depends on the conditions of your parole. No one answering this knows what they are, so none of us can give you a definitive answer. The best thing for you to do is contact your assigned p.o., he or she will be able to tell you.

That's entirely up to your parole officer. If she has a clean record, then there is not likely to be a problem with it. However, if she owns a firearm, there might be a problem (that'll depend on your conviction). Ask your PO.

There's really not much to tell you. "Everything" is sort of a condition of parole, but I've worked with adult parole and have never heard of this being a problem if she really is clean.

This should not be a problem as long as the P.O. is aware of it. The person you live with can not have a criminal record.

play it safe, Ask your p/o.For the duration of your parole, he's the man.

Don't be afraid to ask him about anything. That's his job.
I don't see any problems, but give him the courtesy of asking.
