That's a complex question because it depends on what each individual values (money? time? effort?) I've driven people's car because they have been too drunk to drive safely (and PERHAPS prevented a horrible car accident/death- though it's only a possibility), I've flown to spend time with a friend and her family members going through a stressful time, I've loaned people money they didn't have to pay back and introduced people to a variety of literary and cultural stimulants- I value such 'favors' but perhaps other people won't deem them worthy of praise- giving somebody a kidney or other a house is possibily more 'valuable' on your personal scale than it will be to somebody else- it's a matter of the individual. Anytime you give a peice of yourself to others though is valuable and should be lauded- nice job and rock on.

This isn't the biggest favor but it's difinitely the scariest.I was on my way to work at 9pm one night and ahead of me I saw a woman running like she was being chased. So I pulled over, unlocked my door and told her to get in.She got in and said "go he's after me and he has a knife"I relocked the door just as a man approached and started to open the door and bang on the window. He had a knife in his hand and looked really pissed. So I drove away and took her to her sisters house and told her how to legally get rid of him.Scared the crap out of me.

I allowed a friend to borrow $ 40,000 from me. I co-signed the loan against my house's value. He paid me back but I would never do this again!
