i just got an new mp3 player with video and i dont know how to work it help please?

It comes with an installation CD with a software program called "Sansa Media Converter". Its simply drag and drop, then press convert.
If your computer does not detect your mp3 then you may have to go to settings (on your mp3), USB mode, and switch between MTP and MSC modes.

If it didn't come with instructions, then take it back!
