Well, if you could give me all the cheats you know and plz don't send me to another website. i'd really like to know the cheat for making a building like 20stories high. i only have the seasons expansion pack and the sims 2. any help would be helpful.

From what I can tell, the cheat you are looking for (which is something like "setHighestAllowedLevel 20") might not work for you. You see, most cheats are listed in the readme file of the sims 2 seasons, which indicates that cheats are expansion pack specific, and I believe this cheat came with University and/or Nightlife, based on the fact that towers appear in both games' EA created neighborhoods (Downtown and Sim State University).
But don't lose hope! I might be wrong, and I hope I am, for your sake. Because I can't find this cheat in the readme file, and I can't test it out for you since I have all the expansion packs and not just seasons, I suggest you start the game, then open the cheat window (Ctrl+Shift+C). Type "help," which will list all cheats, and see if the cheat I mentioned above ("setHighestLevelAllowed") is listed. To make the expanded cheat window shrink again, type "expand," or to make it go away type "exit."
I really hope this helps. Please email me if you have any questions. And by the way, I have used the cheat you reference, but only up to 9 levels. I don't know that 20 would work.
