Someone with navigation/astrologer experience if we get lost they will know there way using maps and the stars.
Someone with a yacht or cargo ship, so I can get off the island because I don't want to built a raft like on the movie Castaway.
Someone with hunting experience a girl has to eat.

I wouldn't pick anybody. Considering I'm being sent the island, it's probably very small in order to be delivered successfully. I'd stay on the island alone in order to minimize resource consumption.
