Name of an Italian Song on a Commercial?

This song is played on Italian food commercials, I'm not sure which...it's really fast paced and sounds like it has a violin or accordion and I'm not positive of the words (because it's Italian..) but it sounds something like, "Mama mia itza pia"...haha, I know this isn't a lot to work but I have faith in you all! Please help and I appreciate whatever help you can give!

luno mezz' 'o mare- i think. if it's the one i think it is, it was the one they sang at connie's wedding in the godfather.
