It all depends on the genes, nutrition and weight gain of the mother, and the baby itself. Your estimation of 4 lbs. could be several ounces off, either way....but for an average, I would say he would weigh between 7 or 8 lbs. Again, it really depends on a lot of different things, and every baby/pregnancy is different. Average: 8 lbs.

You can't really predict, that is a pretty big baby, I would guess that he will be at least 7lbs 6oz. Many babies stop putting on weight in the last couple of weeks because of room constraints and some put on fat likethey were never going to eat again. Can't really know. I've had two and am in the third trimester with number three, they are all different.

My son also weighed 4 lbs at 32wks, came out 8lb even, 22 inches.

Don't know- ask the doctor. The don't know all the time though. They told me my boy was 7 pounds and he was 10 #, 6 ounces. Had him naturally and no C-section. Ouch!

He will gain 12 or 8 ibs.
