I remember that Yodda (Star Wars) has less Midiclorians than Anankin Skywalker. What are Midiclorians supposed to be?

Midi-chlorians were microscopic life forms that existed inside the cells of all living things. While they were not the Force itself, they formed a link to it, acting as a sort of sensory organ through which it could be perceived. Midi-chlorians enabled the perception of the Force just as having eyes allowed people to see light or having ears allowed them to interpret vibrations as sound. If an individual had enough midi-chlorians in their body they could use them to communicate with the Force. In essence, midi-chlorians were the connection between a being’s mind and the Force, enabling certain sentients to intentionally manipulate it, or allow themselves to be manipulated by it.
On a side note, Darth Plagueis not only had the ability to control the midi-chlorians and stop death, but to also create life. It is speculated that this method was taught to Plagueis' apprentice, Darth Sidious. More speculation involves this method and the birth of Anakin Skywalker, since there was no father. This had been the plan since day one for Anakin's destiny of becoming a Sith lord.
The ability that Yoda was talking about of being able to communicate with Jedi that have become one with the Force has nothing to do with the tragedy of Darth Plagueis. This is an ability that only Force sensitives can use, which is why Luke Skywalker (and possibly Leia) was the only one who could see the apparitions of Anakin, Yoda, and Obi Wan at the end of "Return of the Jedi."

they are cells that "breath" the force they are found in every living thing (with the exception of vong yalsamari) these cells generate the force conecting all living things, most people have a low midiclorian count so they can not use the force, jedi have a higher midilorian count so they can use the force, the more midiclorians the more powerful you are, anakins father was the force so he had an exceptionally high midiclorian count.

Some sort of life form, or organism living within the Jedi knights. Anakins mother did not get pregnant by a man either. It was said she was impregnated by the Midiclorians.

If I'm not mistaken, they are supposed to be like bacteria that are the source of the force. They live in certain people. Yeah, I'm a dork, but I don't care.
