Yoda would win because he's got that Force thing going for him. E.T. had to scramble around just to be able to phone home...and he also has a penchant for getting sick and almost dying. I wouldn't envision him as being really healthy. But to be perfectly honest, I don't think Yoda would fight E.T. because Yoda is a Jedi Knight and they don't usually beat up on creatures that are weaker than they are. Now if it was Jabba The Hut, Yoda might brandish his light saber, but since it's poor ol' sickly E.T., he'll probably just get him a glass of warm milk and some animal crackers.
I'd like to see Yoda take on Donald Trump.... :)
