Asparagus, onion, brocolli, spinach, turnips, corn, green beans, lima beans, peas, pinto beans, carrots, celery, lettuce, potatoes, all kinds of peppers--red, green, etc., cucumbers, cabbage, okra, cauliflower, zuchini, and I'm sure there are many more---and I love them all!

asparagus, okra, corn, peas, green beans, lima beans, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, soy beans, celery, onions, peppers, olives, cucumbers, radish, and although accepted as a veggie, the tomato is actually a fruit.

cauliflower broccoli brussel sprouts collard greens lettuce carrots potatoes cabbage onions pepper cucumber/pickle, celery, corn, beets, turnips, eggplant, zucchini
olives, tomatoes, and avacados are actually fruits so thats why they are not in my list
