Meat of any kind. Some days I can eat chicken but not often. All I can really eat is fruits and vegetables and even those make me sick sometimes. By the way I hate fruit and veggies but I have to follow what junior wants lol.

Everything made me sick during my pregnancies even the smell of the things. I couldn't wait til it was over. I had to go through that twice. My 1st time I was pregnant I was pregnant with twins so I was feeding 3 people who just kept on wanting and wanting more of everything it made me sick to my stomach til tha point I was sick to my stomach and just vomit. My 2nd pregnancy I was pregnant with twins again but everything didn't make me sick the only thing I could eat without getting sick was ceral, milk, water, shrimp, and a salad anything else I just vomited. My twins are 1 month now my other twins are 10 now.

Foods that pretty much make me sick every time are:
Meat
Meat
Meat
Meat
and
Meat
Seafood

Foods that just didn't taste good any more were:
coffee
diet coke
bananas
movie theater popcorn w/ butter

It varies a little, but that's pretty much the list. The smell of meat is the worst!

I could not be anywhere chicken whether eating it or the odor of it cooking. I also had trouble with cooked eggs, but not raw eggs (pre-salmonella days). So, for breakfast, I made a protein shake with raw eggs since I often couldn't eat anything at lunchtime that didn't come up (I had afternoon sickness, not morning sickness). Today, I'd do the same things, but use pasturized eggs.

Soup of any kind made me ill.
Before I got pregnant, I was an avid Mountain Dew drinker. Now I can't even take a little sip without being disgusted by the taste.

I never liked green peppers or celery, but pregnancy made them intolerable. I used to love carrots, but now I can't eat them (and my first baby is 3). I don't like pears, but during my first pregnancy I found myself eating at least one can a day, and sometimes a fresh pear as well. Weird, isn't it? Are you sure theat your steak was cooked OK? It's weird that it tasted good, then made you feel sick and throw up. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

The way I knew I was pregnant was that eating butternut made me feel sick (I normally love butternut). I have been ok with most other things... just the smell of anything cooking has me running for the nearest bucket!

I normally loved mushrooms but made me want to puke while pregnant. And I normally loved chocolate but it just didn't taste right during the first trimester. All I really wanted to eat were baked potatoes all the time! YUMMY! Now my son is 8 months and I love mushrooms and chocolate again... phwew!
Whoppers were good too while pregnant. heehee

I was never sick, but drinking milk made me feel nauseous for the rest of the day.
I also had that feeling after eating chocolate for a while, which I didn't like because I am a chocoholic!

Everything and anything I ate made me hurl. The sight of a dirty milk glass and food residue around any person's mouth made me throw up right in front of them. Everyone had a napkin in hand when they saw me coming into the room.
