On a irregular cycle (26-31 days), would day 11 or day 20 be my conception date?

Also ultrasound done just before 19 weeks... how accurate is that for giving conception date.. could I use that to tell me the babies father?

since you have an irregular cycle it almost impossibly to determine date of conception . i believe an ultrasound is fairly accurate to determine your conception date, but i'd have at least two done before making a finally decision on the date. a paternity test is the only answer to find out the baby's father. good luck!

Day 11 would be your more likely conception date.

Ultrasound is not always accurate for determining the due date. I would never get an ultrasound unless medically necessary as there are some proven risks involved with ultrasound waves and some studies have still not been done to answer other questions.
