hold down the menu and the center circle button for a minute it should restart, and then bring you to the apple iPod screen, mine did the same thing. If that doesnt work bring it to best buy they can probly help

Try pressing the MENU and the SELECT (center of the wheel) buttons at the same time for about 5 secs. The Apple logo will appear and in about 5 secs. your i-Pod screen will be restored to normal. If that doesn't work, then check out your i-Tunes or the apple website for help. Hope this helps.

Just let the battery run out. Once there is no power to it, then plug it back into your pc. If the screen is still frozen then reset it.

Go to your nearest Ipod Store. They'll give you a free replacement if you haven't gone over your warranty.

I'd take it back to where ever you got it from, and inquire. You can probably get it fixed or get a new one.
