My iPod nano's screen is frozen and I can't shut it off. What should I do? Is there a store or service center I can take it to?

hold down the menu and the center circle button for a minute it should restart, and then bring you to the apple iPod screen, mine did the same thing. If that doesnt work bring it to best buy they can probly help

Try pressing the MENU and the SELECT (center of the wheel) buttons at the same time for about 5 secs. The Apple logo will appear and in about 5 secs. your i-Pod screen will be restored to normal. If that doesn't work, then check out your i-Tunes or the apple website for help. Hope this helps.

Just let the battery run out. Once there is no power to it, then plug it back into your pc. If the screen is still frozen then reset it.

Go to your nearest Ipod Store. They'll give you a free replacement if you haven't gone over your warranty.

push the menu and center button, that should make it restart...take it to where you got it from

I'd take it back to where ever you got it from, and inquire. You can probably get it fixed or get a new one.

Send it back to where you bought it and exchange it for another.

may be u should let it die or keep pressing a buttin until it unfrezzes
