No, because you have used up all of the wax filament in the bulb.

Only if it came with a warranty and you still kept the packaging & the receipt.

Read the package to see about the directions to return for a replacement in the event you received a defective product.

Collect all the electrons left in the candle holder. If they don't reimburse you, you might be able to make a new one.
