It depends how you look at it. It's not really fair & balanced in the way it reports the news that is totally right wing but it does offset the Liberal Mainstream media because it is the 1st major media outlet that isn't liberal. So by being totally right wing they offeset the totally left wing mainstream media & that kind of balances things out IF people listen to both Fox & let's say CNN. If they don't then nothing is fair & balanced in news and not just a Fox News but all major news networks.

No, but it's not meant to be.

For any suckers who believe that Fox News is "Fair and Balanced" just because they tell you they are, would you like to buy some ocean-front property in Nebraska?

Neo-Liberal makes a valid point. Fox News is the cultural and political opposite of some other purveyors of "the nooz" (although I'm not so inclined to even call Fox News "news" as so much of what they report is either opinion-based, entertainment-driven or re-hashes of old stories).

Yes they r fair and balanced. I have seen quit a few of the commentators rip the republicans. Colmbs and O'reilly are two that rip te republicans. I have watches the other networks, and they push more of an agenda than Fox. At least fox usualy have both sides of the debate, where as the other networks typically are one sided.

Want balance? What a noble thought! Great question. I will "Star" it.

The answer: watch Fox, then watch CNN, then watch one or two of the so-called major networks (not anymore).

That will be the way you can achieve some balanced reporting.

Actually, it's great fun and we (as Americans) should be pleased at all these options.

Oh they are right wing slanted. But I guess to 'balance' all the left wing slanted media you have to be.
