That whether or not you made up an failing grade or an "F"
it will still follow you for the rest of your life, and if I had known that then, I would have made sure the classes I didn't care for
were either offically "dropped", or I turned in the work to at least get a passing grade no lower than a "C".
You never know where the road of life made take you, and if
you'd like to return to further your education one day you will
surely regret goofing off in your freshman year!!

I wish I'd known that "attitude is everything" and that "life is what you make of it". Often people reflect back to us what we project. Act confidently and they respond to that. Act defeated and they treat you as a victim.
The best thing I've learned over the years, is a winner is someone who keeps getting back up each time they are knocked down. A loser gives up and just lays there. So, if something doesn't work the first time, try it again in a different way.

Come to think about it, just about everything. I am now 84 years old, and I knew nothing about sex; unions;corrupt politicians;what went on in the world; preservatives, cocaine; marijuana, drugs in general;scam artists; how to invest in the Stock Market and a million other things.

That self-confidence has to come from within.
You have to work very hard to attain self-esteem; you suffer much in the process. But it is worth every bit of pain to reach this place where you can truly love yourself.

That it's ok not to be liked by everyone. That it's ok to be yourself, because you end up struggling for so long to fit in that you lose yourself and it takes years to realize who you really are.
That there really was something to what my parents always told me, they really did know more than I did. And that I really could have done anything if I would have just put my mind to it, before it was too late.

I wish I had known...
The meaning of money,
the meaning of studying,
the meaning of life,
the meaning of friends,
the meaning of time,
the meaning of this purpose on earth,
the meaning of all these terrible things I have lived...
I wish I had known better, then to be inexperienced...
But that is how we are born and that is how we have to live.

Take more risks! Wounds heal.
