How has the revolution changed these groups?

Actually the American Revolution made things worse for Black Americans. In debating Independence the question arose, what were Blacks and the answer arrived at was 'PROPERTY.' Black lost their status as Humans and became 'property,' to be counted as such, to be treated as such.

Free Blacks went into a limbo made worse by growing racism, which is perhaps America's saddest legacy. Free blacks were discouraged from fighting for America's freedom, their exploits often ignored, relegated to status of laborers or servants - - - Compounding the problem was that many Southern Blacks actually fled too the service of The British to gain their freedom, The British actually promising freedom to slaves if they enlisted in their army, often as laborers or servants but still 'freedom' in exchange for fighting the Rebels.

Most of the woman and/or blacks from that era are now dead.

A lot of them got turned around during the revolution.
