for prom dress?

um, well it depends how you feel you will be comfortable. if you choose to wear a short dress and then get major wedgies, then that might not be your best pick. i dunno. try on a lot of different dresses, and it may just come to you.

SHORT GIRL but it depends on the dress there is dresses that are good and they are long and there is dresses that are shor and they are beautiful it depends on you but I would take the short one its sexyy and classy well something like this look at it its soo cool I have that one but green Lol

Definitely, long as it's quite formal and traditional. That would be the only time you would wear something formal anyway. And all the trimmings to go with it. High heels or pumps; manicured nails, nice hairdo, corsage, make-up,etc.

long if you want to look sleek/slow dance
if you are planning on fast dancing a ton then short----dont want to be too sweaty
