Right now it just feels "gooey", for a lack of better words. Before it turned with no problem, now all of a sudden i have to put some strength into it. I can't have it fixed soon, cause I'm low on cash. But if I'm out some where and the key wont turn any more, i'll need to be able to hot-wire it to get it home. I shouldn't be difficult considering lots of bikes, including my friends', get stolen in a moment.
I got an 2001-CBR600 F4i.
I know I'll be making it easy for some one to jack my baby if i do it, but i might not have a choice!

The next time you go out, stop at the department or auto parts store and get some dry graphite lube. Use this on your switch. Liquid lubes attract dirt and stuff. You don't need a locksmith, only 2 bucks.

You would be a lot better off just replacing the Ignition switch with a new one. They cost anywhere from £35 to £125 depending on whether it is a genuine Honda part or a cloned unit.
I have the same problem with my ZZR and found a cloned switch unit for £35 from Patternparts.net It is a copy but works just as well. Only trouble is (if the CBR is like the ZZR) that you will have to remove the Tank, Air box, Top fairing, and all the trim panels to replace it as the connector is next to the Spark plugs!

Have you tried lubing the cilinder?
If you do want to hot wire it you need to get to the wire harness, find out which is the Hot wire and the ignition.
You can put a switch between them and that should work.
The starter is on your thum so that wont be a problem, there might be more than one ignition wire you will have to test that.

I'm not giving you an answer... but...

If you hot-wire that thing it's just going to become a problem for you. Youre going to have to 'hot-wire' each time, and that's not only not good for the bike, but like you said youre just asking for someone to try to rip you off...
Take out a small loan or borrow some money from family. I'm sure a hundred or so dollars will be a good investment considering the alternative.

You'll have to consult with the people who communicate and teach only with smiles. It seems like maybe some dry smooth older guy at the shop could get you started in the art. I saw a push-button ignition installed and I have to say I liked how it looked. Sorry, this probably isn't helping.
