that seems like a good deal, but check your local postings in the classified under free or what not. my friend's bf just got a 155 gal tank, stand, filter, hood light and everything for a saltwater tank for free. my bf got a similar deal from my uncle for $50 but for a 55 gal.. other than that, it seems like a good deal, just needs a filter.

I did a quick check online at a site where prices are fairly reasonable - a 28 gallon bowfront tank (closest I found in size) plus stand came to $292.98.
Your LFS's deal also includes the hood for $225.
ADDITION: The tank model the price was based on was a Perfecto - usually one of the cheaper tanks. If your is a different model - like an Oceanic - it would be a deal!

well i work at a petstore and thats around a little more than we would charge for ours. we have 55 gallon bow front with oak stand for 329.99 and the 20 gallon would be half that price, maybe even less that half off. but bow fronts are really expensive, and stores usaully dont jack up the prices on them, theyll jack up the prices on regular ones. they may buy the tank for alot, so ask them how much they buy it for ( if theyll tell you) and also the difference is if its a chain store or private store. im stuck in the middle, our main supplier (lads) the owner, well, owns us. so we get deals and a half....shop around.

Bow front tanks are expensive in general. But with a stand and hood included, I'd say its a bargain.

Do you have a link to it online anywhere?
If you know the company name try going to http://www.epinions.com and see what people have to say about the company and their products. Even if it is on sale, it's always good to read the reviews!
