Check out one of your area art & crafts stores like Micheals.

You don't mention what kind of twine you want.... natural or synthetic.

If you're wanting cotton cording, you can actually dye it yourself with Rit or other permanent or temporary dyes (like Kool Aid, turmeric, etc.). or even natural dyes for a more subtle color (coffee, tea, onion skins, red cabbage,etc.)

If you want synthetic twine, you can try coloring it with Rit, but the others may not work at all.

You might also try hardware stores in addition to hobby/craft and art supply stores.
